Tabling Request Form

Interested in setting up an table with information and/or resources at the Oregon Queer Youth Summit? Tabling hours are from 8:45 AM to 1:45 PM. A limited number of tables are available, but they are absolutely free for LGBTQ-supportive businesses and organizations. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide food for all of our tabling volunteers, but we will gladly include you on our catering order for $10 per person. Tabling volunteers may also bring any food or snacks to City Hall with them. If you have any questions, e-mail Kerst at kerst@cascadiabhc.org
